RFM95C is an ultra-low power, high-performance, LoRa / FSK transceiver suitable for a variety of 137 to 1020 MHz wireless applications. It is part of the SEMTECH RF product line. And transceiver. RFM95C simplifies the peripheral materials required in system design. The sensitivity up to -138dBm optimizes the link performance of the application.
In addition, RFM95C also supports Duty-Cycle operating mode, channel listening, high-precision RSSI, power-on reset, squelch output and other functions, making the application design more flexible and achieving product differentiation.
RFM95C operates from 1.8 V to 3.7V. When the sensitivity of -138 dBm is reached, only 9.9mA is consumed, and the ultra-low power receiving mode can further reduce the chip's receiving power consumption.
