Nordic Semiconductor nRF51822 with 2.4GHz BT low energy wireless SoC provides a multi-protocol SoC for BT low energy and 2.4GHz ultra-low power wireless applications. Nordic Semiconductor nRF51822 BT low energy and 2.4GHz wireless SoC with a 32 of ARM®Cortex ™ M0 CPU with 256KB Flash and 16KB RAM. Embedded 2.4GHz Transceiver 2.4GHz BT low power consumption and operation, which in the 2.4GHz model is compatible with the air nRF24L products from Nordic Semiconductor. A wide variety of analog and digital peripherals can not interact through a programmable peripheral interface (PPI) system CPU intervention. Flexible 31-pin GPIO mapping scheme allows I / O like serial interface, PWM, and quadrature demodulator mapped to any device pin requirements determined by the PCB.
