more than 10 laps. and then use the module can adjust the voltage normally, Because the
step-down module factory, the default output voltage is about 20V.

Q: Some sellers use old capacitors and inductors to save costs. Is this the case with your

A: We promise not to use the old capacitors and inductors, but all the new ones. The old
ones may cause potential safety problems.
Q: In order to save cost. some sellers use thinner PCB boards. How thick is the board of
your product?
A: The thickness of this product of our company is 1.6mm. Unlike other businesses, we use
1.2mm thickness board to save cost. Thin PCB will seriously affect the heat dissipation
performance and other mechanical properties.
Q: After using the current of this module for 2.5A, it gets hot. Is it normal?
A: This phenomenon is normal, because in the process of step-down, the excess power will
be converted from electric energy to heat energy, so there will be heating phenomenon.
Suggest to add heat sink, or reduce current flow.
