1. Overview

The JLX12864G-132-PN LCD module is widely used in various human-machine communication panels due to its convenient use and clear display.

JLX12864G-132-PN can display 128 columns * 64 rows of monochromatic dot matrix images, or 8 * 4 rows of Chinese characters with a 16 * 16 dot matrix, or 16 * 4 rows of English, numbers, and symbols with an 8 * 16 dot matrix. Or display 21 * 8 rows of English, numbers, and symbols in a 5 * 8 dot matrix.

2 . Characteristics of JLX12864G-132-PN Image Type Lattice LCD Module

2.1 Sturdy structure: Backlight with retaining wall, welded FPC.

2.2 The IC adopts the ST7567 from Silicon Chuang Company, which is powerful in function and has good stability

2.3 Low power consumption: 1-100W (turn off backlight: 0.3mA@3.3V , turn on backlight not exceeding 100mW;

2.4 Display Content:

128 * 64 dot matrix monochrome image;

You can choose 16 * 16 dot matrix or other dot matrix images to customize Chinese characters. According to the calculation of 16 * 16 dot matrix Chinese characters, it can display 8 characters/line * 4 lines. Calculated based on 12 * 12 dot matrix Chinese characters, it can display 10 characters per line * 4 lines.

2.5 Strong command function: software adjustable contrast, forward/reverse conversion, and adjustable row and column scanning direction (can be rotated 180 degrees for use).

When parallel: can be "read modify write";

2.6 Simple and convenient interface: adopts a 4-wire SPI serial interface.

2.7 Wide working temperature range: -20 ℃ -70 ℃;

2.8 Wide storage temperature range: -30 ℃ -80 ℃;

4.1 Liquid Crystal Screen (LCD)

A 128 × 64 dot matrix is arranged on the LCD, with 128 column signals connected to the driver IC and 64 row signals also connected to the driver IC. The IC is bonded to the LCD glass (this processing process is called COG)
