HPD20 high-power wireless transceiver module, using TI CC2500 RF transceiver chip and integrated power amplifier and low-noise amplification RF front-end chip design, operates in the 2.4GHz ISM frequency band, integrates 26MHz crystal oscillator, half duplex transceiver module, power up to+20dBm, reception sensitivity as low as -114dBm, data transmission rate of 500kbps, 1uA sleep current. It has good anti-interference ability and can achieve long-distance wireless data transmission and reception. The module has a volume of 19.5 * 12 * 1.8mm, making it easy to embed into portable products.
