The AHT10, a new generation of temperature and humidity sensors, sets a new standard in terms of size and intelligence: it is embedded in a two-row flat pin-less SMD package suitable for reflow, with a base of 4 x 5mm and a height of 1.6mm. The sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in standard I 2C format. With a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor and a standard on-chip temperature sensor, the AHT10's performance has greatly improved and even exceeded the reliability level of the previous generation of sensors, and the new generation of temperature and humidity sensors have been improved to provide more stable performance in harsh environments.
