Product features:
The module uses imported high-quality chips, high efficiency (95%), while the heat is small, can go to 5A current, while with the original TI op amp control output current, so that the overall output is very stable.
This module uses the original Sanyo filter capacitor with low ESR, which can make the ripple current low to 50mV!
This module uses machine patches, reflow welding, and each module is subjected to a two-hour aging test before shipping to ensure high reliability.
Tips: Most of the modules in our shop only provide descriptions or send information, no technical advisory support, please be careful to shoot.
This module is an adjustable step-down module. The output voltage can be changed by adjusting the blue adjustable resistor on the module. The input and output pressure difference is 1V, which can output 0.8V voltage.
The IN-(input negative), IN+(input positive), OUT-(output negative), OUT+(output positive) marked on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise it may cause module damage.
Battery charging method:
1. Determine the floating charging voltage and charging current of the battery you need to charge, and the input voltage of the module;
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. Use a multimeter 10A current stop to measure the output short-circuit current, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value;
4. Charging switch current Default shipment is 0.1 times charging current (constant current value).
5. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the floating charging voltage;
6. Connect the battery and charge it.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Connect the input to the power supply and the output to the battery.)
LED constant current driver use method:
1. Determine the working current and working voltage that you need to drive the LED;
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. Use a multimeter 10A current stop to measure the output short-circuit current, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current;
4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the LED operating voltage;
5. Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Step 1, 2, 3, 4 for the module input power, output no load LED lights.)
