This protection board contains 3, 4, 5 series of lithium battery protection board (the general version adjusts the corresponding components according to actual needs), using mature protection circuit, dedicated IC and support for wire break protection, imported high current ultra-low internal resistance MOS (single MOS internal resistance as low as 3 milliohms), with perfect and stable charging and discharging various protection functions, battery hardware balance processing, Balanced current is appropriate, balanced heating is reasonable, does not affect the performance of the battery pack.

Note: Lithium battery should be charged with lithium battery charger, do not use lead-acid battery charger, lead-acid charging may have high voltage breakdown protection board MOS tube, resulting in overcharge protection board is not protected.
(1) 3-string splitter wiring method (refer to the 3-string splitter wiring diagram)
① Connect the three battery packs in series according to the connection method of the battery in the 3-series connector wiring diagram.
② Connect the negative terminal of the charger to C- of the protection board, and the negative terminal of the load to P-.
③ Connect the positive terminal of the charger and the load with the positive terminal of the 3-string battery.
④ Use three wires to connect the positive terminals of the three battery packs to B+, B4, B3 respectively in order according to the 3-string splitport wiring diagram.
⑤ Connect the negative terminal of the 3 series battery with B-. B1,B2 and B- short connect.
⑥ After all wires are connected according to the 3-string branch wiring diagram, check whether they are correct and then start to use.
During use, when the indicator on the protection board is on, it means that the corresponding battery pack is in a balanced working state (that is, the battery is unbalanced at this time).



Common problems:




1. Can I use this protective plate for my battery?


A: There are two issues to consider if you can use this protection board: how many strings of your battery is, you will buy the corresponding number of strings of protection board. Second, what is your battery made of? We have two parameters of lithium iron phosphate and polymer protection plate, if your battery is lithium iron phosphate single section of nominal 3.2V need to choose in the classification of lithium iron phosphate 3.2V, if it is polymer (ternary, cobalt acid, lithium manganese acid battery) single battery nominal 3.6V (or 3.7V) please choose the classification of polymer 3.7V.


2. How can I tell what my battery is made of?


A: You can look at your battery nominal voltage, lithium iron phosphate battery is generally 3.2V, other batteries are generally 3.6V or 3.7V, you can also directly ask the seller of the battery is what material battery, many buyers said my battery is 18650 or 26650 soft package, this is the shape, not the material oh! We can't use this to determine your battery protection parameters.


3, how many amps should I choose?


A: The number of ampoule protection board depends on your load power, our protection board, if you use the port output, the output current is about 70A, the power is about 800W, if you use the same port output, the output current is 50A, the power is about 600W.


4, my battery is 20AH can use this protection board?


A: The size of your battery capacity is not directly related to the size of the current with this board, the large capacity is not the battery is large, mainly to see the continuous current, that is, the larger your load, the greater the continuous current of the protection board you choose, which is not directly related to the battery capacity.


5. How should the charger voltage be set?


A: Lithium battery must be charged with lithium battery charger, do not use lead-acid battery charger, lead-acid charging may have high voltage breakdown protection board MOS tube, resulting in overcharge protection board is not protected. Charger voltage setting: the number of your battery pack *4.2V this is the charging voltage of the non-iron lithium battery, the charging voltage of the iron lithium battery is the number of batteries *3.60V this is the charging voltage of the iron lithium battery, the charging current standard is 0.2 times the capacity.




The meaning of balance: the battery pack is connected in series with many cells in parallel, and the cells cannot be identical.
