The figure below shows the BTL connection diagram. When using BTL connection, capacitor C9 does not need to be installed, other components must be installed, and the signal is input from the right side of RCA. The positive and negative terminals of the speaker are connected to the OUT of the left output and the OUT of the right output.
The heat sink substrate of the LM1875TTDA2030A and the 3 pin are connected. Please use the film and insulating rubber ring to insulate the IC from the heat sink. Pay attention to the polarity of the electrolytic capacitor and rectifier bridge stack during production. Do not install the reverse. After the welding is completed, check it carefully again to confirm that the welding is correct and the power can be tested. Do not connect the speaker after power-on, use the multimeter DC voltage file to measure the output, and confirm that there is no DC output and then connect the speaker.
Matching resistance identification:
1R: brown black black silver brown
680R: blue gray black black brown
22K: red, black, red and brown
