BTS7960B-H-bridge 43A high-power motor driver Module Overview:

This driver uses BTS7960 chipset composed of high-power full-bridge H driver module with thermal over-current protection. BTS7960-H bridge dual circuit driver, with a strong boost and braking, effectively isolate the microcontroller and motor driver! High-current 43A

Characteristics:

Double BTS7960 large chain (43 A) H driver bridge;

5 v isolate with MCU, and effectively protect MCU;

5 v onboard power indicator;

Indication of the output voltage of the final motor driver;

Can weld heat sink;

PIN setting:

1. RPWM: Turn Right PWM

2. LPWM: Turn Left PWM

3. R_EN: Turn Right Enable (High Active)

4. L_EN: Turn Left Enable (High Active)

5. R_IS: Turn Right Current Warning (May Leave Floating)

6. L_IS: Turn Left Left Notice (May Leave Floating)

7. VCC: (5 v)

8. GND

method 1:

VCC: 5 V Microcontroller (MCU)

GND: GND of the microcontroller (MCU)

L_PWM: PWM or 5 V microcontroller (MCU) for CCW (CW) conversion

R_PWM: PWM or 5 V microcontroller (MCU) for CW (CCW) conversion

R_EN and L_EN: 5 V microcontroller (MCU)

Method 2:

VCC: 5 V Microcontroller (MCU)

GND: GND of the microcontroller (MCU)

L_PWM: 5 V microcontroller (MCU) for CCW (CW) conversion

R_PWM: 5 V microcontroller (MCU) for CW (CCW) conversion

 

R_EN and L_EN: Microcontroller PWM (MCU)

 

 

The driver module only needs four rows of MCUs (GND 5 v.PWM1, PWM2);

Insulated chip 5v power supply (can share 5v with MCU);

Size: 4 * 5 * 1.2 cm;

Ability to reverse motor forward with two input PWM frequencies up to 25 kHz;

Two heat current outputs pass the error signal;

Isolation of 5V chip power supply (can share 5V with MCU), can also use 5V onboard power supply;

Supply voltage 5.5 V to 27 V;
