Reminder:
Generally, there are 5 Hall cables on brushless motors, two of them are Hall power cables and three are Hall signal cables, especially the power supply cables. Don't make mistakes. Three Hall signal cables are connected to the driver board. The sequence must correspond to the sequence of the three phase wires on the drive board of the motor to work normally. If you don't know the definition of the Hall wire, you can debug it at low voltage and low current when the power is turned on for the first time, and change it slowly several times. Do not debug with high current and high voltage until normal operation. If the sequence of the Hall wires is not connected, test the machine with high voltage and large current, which may damage the MOS tube. If the three Hall signal wires are connected correctly The motor runs silky smoothly at low speed and starts smoothly. The torque is large; if the three Hall signal wires are not connected, there are the following characteristics: 1 The motor cannot start normally or it is difficult to start (sometimes it needs to manually turn the motor to start) 2 Motor Start-up jitter, weakness, bath sound, severe heating of the power tube
